Installing Vance & Hines with FuelPak. What else do I need?
I own a 2008 Sportster. I received for Christmas Vance & Shortshots Hines and the FuelPak. I'm trying to do the installation myself. Besides this what else I have to put on the bike? Air Filter high flow? If so, which one would you recommend? or I can do with the stock air cleaner.? Also I have to put the bike on a test? Thanks for your help ..
HD makes a high flow intake, Arlen Ness does, like many others. Of course to replace stock air created to get more air into the engine. Go to the website of V & H to get the number of downloads for your bike and pipes, and see what the air kits and have the numbers to go with a brand name and you'll be fine. Travel insurance
