I bought a bicycle.?
It is a blue and neon pink bike called Applause and has Shimano indexing system. Its made of Savoy, a division of Royce Union Bicycle Company and model number W940104689 Comment? is a good bike?
Since I have never heard of any of Savoy or Royce Union, I did some google. I found a notice of withdrawal of mountain bike from some men (http://www.consumeraffairs.com/recalls/royce_union.htm) but in the end I found some information on Sheldon Brown's website on the first Royce Union Bikes (roycedark http://sheldonbrown.com/japan.html #). Then I found some listings of classified ads: http://for-sale.yakaz.com/royce-union-mountain-bike. My guess would be that they are department store bikes degree and are not high quality.
