why air escapes from the valve of a tire to take the top?
You could hear a hiss of air escaping from a tire valve you remove the lid covering the valve stem. The same thing happens when you press on the valve stem in some way to release the extra air to add air to tires, except with the tire that I have, the cap is removed and the air comes out automatically. What could cause this? Could be fixed?
You can try using a valve stem and tighten basic tool and if that does not work you may need to replace your valve. Good luck and hope this helps.
