Buell Motorcycles What image projected need to sell more bikes?
I think the smart engineering / image bike racing is a failure. The engineering was inspired by cyclists for 50 + years (as Ray Vincent) and does not flow through the complete design (nothing fancy about the fairing, seats, fenders, storage or anything else). I also feel that there is a limited market for "racing" bikes with V-twin engine. Harley-Davidson is much better to sell the community, tours and freedom. These are all attractive to me than the BIG SPEED a public road. What Buell be sold as an image, to get people interested in their bikes? Small group rides ==>? ==> Friendship? ==> Path? ==> Weekend trips? ==> Runs? ==> Sport Touring? ==> "The Rhythm '(using quick, easy straight)? Exotic holiday ==>? ==> Security? ==> Fully developed bikes that fit the real world? What do you think will work to capture the public imagination and not run the twins and engineering exotic?
I'm not sure, I think people need to know they exist and are a good bike. also need to obtain competitive prices. many people do not even know exist, but .-
